IST R20 - Any Opinions?

Yeah- my first reg was an r-10, which is the adjustable version of the r-20. I got it because of the test results from Scuba Lab. Used it for about a hundred dives over 18 months, never serviced it, and replaced it with a Dacor Viper. There were things I liked better about the IST. It's a really good piece of gear. I don't know of any issues with them but getting them serviced in some areas may be a problem because not many shops sell them.
