I recently bought a used IST JT-30 BP/W. Dove it for the first time today.
My inflator button is ever so slightly stuck. It comes back, but not all the way. So every 5-10 minutes, I ended up with a noticeable amount of air in my wing to dump. Wasn't the end of the world today, but I'm not going to live like that. I've got it soaking in vinegar and warm water right now.
I'd like to replace the entire thing with a pull dump, but I can't find any info telling me if the DGX assembly will work on it or not, or even where to find one that will. It looks like I might be able to spend $100 on some random chinese site, but I'd prefer a K over an I anyways.
If I can't find a reasonably priced pull dump inflator, I'll just replace the inflate/deflate valve. Is it safe to assume those are basically universal since they just zip tie to a plastic hose?
