Issue number?

My old 8 X 11 licenses had an issue number on them.

The new Red passport style has no issue number that I can find.

Gone, along with the word "license" and the picture frame around it.

We are in the Brave New World of "credentials" now.

I'm surprised they haven't taken a swing at "Master" yet, as being too un-whatever-istic..
