Anyone have any thoughts on how well this material would work for breathing bags? Suggestions for working with it? Adhesives to use or not to use? Any info would help.

I have seen a poly tarp lined with 6 mil. vapor barrier work okay, the tarp just has to be quite strong. As for adhesives I would avoid them at all costs and heat seal / use grommets. The VOC's that make them toxic do evaporate eventually so you could get away with them, but there is always an element of risk. If it smells you are still at risk of poisoning yourself.
