So our team dives a standard set up of Zeagle 911 BCD’s 19CF Pony off the R side, UR Cordura Dry suits, Hollis F1 Fins, and OTS Gaurdian or Auga FFM. We have been researching a way to get a better set up for our Diver Down Contingency tanks, Right now we have a First stage on a standard tank that has a Low Pressure inflator on it, that in the event the safety diver needs to they can attach the Contigency tank to the BCD and Back fill the entire First stage My only issue with this is, If the first stage is the issue we have no back up plan. Interested to see what other teams have come up with other than giving your pony reg to the primary diver. I can attach pictures of the Contigency set up in a few days, we are currently trying to work on a solution to this to have a fail safe. Any insight would be appreciated!

You could look at the Northern Diver FFM Gas blocks and a quick connect like the QC6 options. That might work out pretty good. Have been eyeing the gas blocks for our team and my personal FFM but haven't pulled the trigger due to cost. Would also allow for attaching the pony directly, however then you would have to disconnect prior to hooking up the contingency bottle. Another issue would be you would have to switch over the gas block otherwise it would not work.
