As for papers, the instructor signed that standard SSI exam tracking sheet right after the dives, and I also have a photo of this paper after he signed. Not a scan however.

The instructor completes SSI paperwork after the dives. The dive log in the app is irrelevant for your certification.
 
SSI HQ is 'encouraging' instructors to use the SSI app to log student class dives now - because it make it easy for them to do QA. Not required though...
 
Fortunately, the dives are verified now, and this solves the issue. :) Thanks to everyone.
