Does anyone know the conditions (entry) of the islander? Can you get into the water or is it snowed in?

My guess is she is now frozen over? Thick enough for ice dives yet?
 
as of wed.-froze to the shipping channel!!!!!!!
prescott park is open today-viz is wonderful and ice flows coming down!!!!
sure sign of spring!!!!!!!!
