Is There Any Good Scuba Around Norfolk Virginia?

My fiancee and I will be flying to D.C. to visit my mom at Thanksgiving.

Are there any nice dive spots around Norfolk Virginia where we could go diving? Ocean or lake is fine with us.

We are accustomed to 42^F water here in California, so we are not too worried about the cold in November.

Any suggestions, East Coast friends?

I was going to warn you that even though Nawfick is in the south it does get cold in the winter, but nevermind...
