Is SubGear being Merged with SP?

Scubapro can't restrict on-line sales in Europe and they make little or no effort to prevent non authorized dealers in the US from selling grey market products purchased from those European dealers here in the US. It puts their actual US dealers at a disadvantage.

LeisurePro is a SubGear dealer. Subgear Regulators buy at LeisurePro

The only gray market products they still sell are Aqualung/Suunto.

Do the Sub Gear branded regulators use the exact same service/repair kits as the corresponding Scubapro models, eg. Is the Subgear sg10 using Mk 2/C200 kits? That would give confidence that they would be available many years into the future, whereas if they used unique parts they may not be.
