When I am in the pool using no wetsuit and no weights I sink to the bottom like a rock…

By normal do you mean average? Average for the entire human population, your gender, build, weight class, hair color?

Buoyancy of the human body is mostly a balance between the weight of your bones and the capacity of gas filled cavities (lungs, bronchi, sinus, etc). Fat is a little lighter than muscle, but both have a specific gravity hovering around 1.0. I have read, but do not remember the source, that adult male Caucasians average near neutral. Does average near neutral mean +/- 10 Lbs or 2 grams????

You will probably float more if you start a freediving regiment (increase lung capacity ratio to a virtually fixed bone mass) but according to my anthropometric charts, you are in the ball park. Cancel all amputations.

Accepted. Apparently I misread the tone in your post. More of these :D in a post like that can go a long way in preventing our little spat. Peace.
