I don't know if any other resort has tried to do this, but we have just completed our first iPhone/iPad app. The App is totally free, and shows videos of most of the dive sites here in Puerto Galera. They are all streamed from YouTube, yet you can also download them in higher quality, so you can also see them when you are not online. We also have a web version online for people who do not have an iDevice. Hopefully if it is successful in the future we will port it to Android.
Puerto Galera has such a wide variety of dive sites, and a huge biodiversity of species, the footage in this app only touches the surface.
