Introduction and Invite

HI All, I have just received my OQ cert and am knawing at the bit to go diving. I was considering a trip with Discovery Diving next weekend (Aug. 27th) and thought I would see if anybody on the board was interested in going, as I currently have no dive buddies. It's not that I'm that bad, just decided to take up diving without having any friends who dive. They all stay on top and fish.

Called Discovery and looks like they have half day trips planned, probably to the Indra.

I live in Apex, but will probably go to Goldsboro Friday night and drive from there Sat., if anyone is interested in carpooling down.

Reef and Ridge Scuba is running a group out there on the 27th. Give Ron a call he is a great guy and there will be a bunch of divers there. I believe they carpool down.

Let's Go Diving



We have 7 signed up to dive the Indra with Discovery Diving next weekend. As of a few minutes ago there was space for 7 more. When I started writing this There was space for 8, one more called and took a spot. Saturday August 20 at 3:30 in the afternoon. This is a good trip for beginners, but also fun for more experienced divers.

We are also planning to go on August 27. Same details. There are only 2 signed up for that one, but space will go fast. Call us ASAP if you want to go.

Cost for either trip is $60 plus $3 to use cc payment. Bring cash or debit card in and save the $3.

As always rentals are extra, no equipment is provided. You may rent from us or at Dscovery if you need anything.
