I had an intracerebral hemorrhage stroke (ruptured blood vessel in the brain) last year due to high blood pressure. I have fully recovered except for slight vision problems. My blood pressure is under control as long as I take 150 mg of metoprolol. I am70 years old, active and in good physical condition. Is it safe for me to dive?

Ask your doctor! You may need to consult a doctor who's familiar with diving. You can't seriously be asking on the Internet for someone to tell you whether it's safe for you to dive?!
