Sometimes it's a no brainer, don't even bother going. Other times a bad forcast can turn out to be a good day. I always say if you depend 100% on the forcast to decide to go or stay you will stay at the dock a lot. And in the reverse, a good forcast can turn into a wild ride in a washing machine.
 
Since I know you all are dying to know what happened... The weather forecast hasn't changed, but the captain is predicting calm seas for Sunday! No movies for me!
 
You never know. The weather could let up. Let the captain make the decision. If it stays as the original forecast indicated, you will not want to go out anyway. You would be taking a beating.
