Are you products, if purchased from an authorised dealer, covered by international warranty? I bought my Z2 from the US but live in Japan. Cheers.
 
You should be fine if you can show that you are the original owner ... about the only thing you might need to do is send a reg back to the states as that is where you bought it. But I bet if there was an issue you could work through their rep in Japan.

About the only issue I see is the following:

To activate this warranty you must complete and return the warranty registration card within 30 days of purchase.

In the USA most states have make such requirements null. That is a manufacturer if offering a warranty must do so without any action required by the consumer. Such registrations are more for marketing - however they can be useful when mfg. issues arise (recall) so the consumer can be contacted.
