Question International travels with the Venture Heat Pro V3?

Hi! I'm a recreational diver in the sub tropical area. 90% of my dives are in warm water, but would like to keep practicing during the winter - the coldest I'd ever expect to dive in is ~12c / 55F, so I don't want invest into a dry suit for those 1-2 winter dives in a year.

I've heard some great things about the Venture Heat Pro V3, but since they don't ship overseas, I will need to beg a visiting friend to bring it for me. Can someone confirm that the vest itself can go into the checked luggage, as long as the batteries are put in the carry on?

Also, I'm assuming the charger will work with 220v power outlets?

The batteries each 63wh so they can go in your carry-on bag. The vest has no batteries and is fine in checked luggage
