Interested in Deep Wreck Ft. Lauderdale Diving Nov 6-7?

I've got Alan Studley from Jetsam coming down to do my normoxic trimix CCR course on my Sport KISS the week before DEMA. We'll be going out with Avid Diver Charters out of Ft. Lauderdale. It's a six pack boat and we're planning on diving the Hydro Atlantic (max 172 fsw) and Tenneco Towers Deep (max 185 fsw) on Monday, November 6th. We're probably also going out Tuesday, November 7th, as well -- sites to be determined. Any CCR or open circuit divers (with the proper training, obviously) are invited.

Any locals or anyone coming into Florida for DEMA are welcome to join us. As of right now we have four more spots to fill. Cost is $75 per trip.

I'd be interested in both. Are you going using Oliver to run to Tenneco?? That's a hike and half from Pompano :11:

I haven't been to Tenneco before and was going on other people's recommendations. I checked and you're right -- that's quite a ways. We'll probably do something closer with Oliver Monday afternoon and then use somebody farther south for Tenneco on Tuesday. Thanks for catching that!

And there lies the problem, the inlets to dive Tenneco from would be Port Everglades or Bakers Haulover. Since H2O Scuba got kicked out their shop on the water to make more condos in North Miami Beach, there's no decent charters running from Haulover now (the only one I know of is Tropic Divers, and he doesn't like doubles muchless tech diving).
Out of PE, the tech boat might be Brownie's but they are a DIR shop and I'm not sure what they'd think about that CCR of yours :11:
