SM (not S & M),
You will like Scout's I think: it is high on the island and has a nice view from the restaurant. Oh, yes, speaking of restaurants, definitely go to YIIK (why-2-kay) and have dinner. Ruldolph and Carl serve the most wonderful food on Saba. If crispeens, a local vegetable, are available, be sure the try them!
By the way, take a jacket along...the temperature at sea level is tropical, but Scout's is high up on the island and the temperature there can be 10-15 deg lower than that at sea level. In fact, you can see fog swirling around Mt. Scenery! And speaking of Mt. Scenery...if you have a couple of hours--not right after a dive--try the hike up. It is a bit of a grunt, but the views at the top are wonderful. Be sure to grab a walking stick and to take some water. And if you do the climb, pick up a certificate at the Chamber of Commerce, just across the street from the big grocery store...
