Howdy, was wondering if anyone had any luck mounting Hollis’ new SE backplate to an HTS 2.
Seem to be having an issue with bolt holes lining up, and had searched and found a similar thread (albeit short) from last year with someone that had the same issue.
Anyways as mentioned, book screws not lining up, picture provided.

Is there any reason for doing this? The plate here is acting like 5lb weight and nothing more because the straps are not connecting to the plate at all, right? Why not 5lb lead in weight pocket?
 
Not familiar with your rig, but try soaking the cloth it may stretch enough,,,
