I suppose the better question is, is there anything special for VIP'ing PST tanks that isn't covered in the generic course material covered in the VIP class.

Nope, just like making sure I do everything to manufacturers recommendations, if there is nothing special then I am good to go with the inspection material I have from the VIP course.
