I have a new bladder that has the "generic" inflator fitting and just picked up a Air2 assembly that has the Scubapro nut and of course it doesn't fit the "generic" fitting. My question is has anyone adapted the Scubapro to the generic? Can the Scubapro fitting (bladder side) be bought? I was thinking of possibly replacing the nut, can the nut be removed easily? All suggestions are welcomed! Picture attached.

I wanted to keep the shoulder dump. I could also buy the "generic" dump valve and replace the Scubapro one.

Does anyone have a fitting (BC side, inflator) from a damaged Scubapro BC you want to get rid of? I still want to model up the fitting and make a adapter.
Thanks

This is the generic fitting, looking for the Scubapro.

Those Scubapro and Mares fittings are different for a reason: they deliver more air than the standard fitting can handle. Think about it--if you are on your safe second in a real situation, you're probably going to be stressed and sucking wind like there's no tomorrow. The standard inflator simply cannot handle the air volume. That's why safe seconds have different fittings.

If you insist on getting an adapter, Innovative sells one. Contact your LDS for details.

Thanks TF, but I'm looking for SP fitting that the inflator hose asy. screws onto. I think your talking about the LP quick disconnect fitting?
