How are you guys mounting your inflation hoses to your shoulder strap on your BPW. Pictures would be appreciated

A piece of thin bungee through the left shoulder d ring buckle usually works well.

This is the way I do it:

I also replayed the 56cm inflator hose with a 51cm one.

I don't attach it to the webbing.....I use a shorter and stiffer corrugated hose ( a piece of bungee cord around the corrugated hose and a 13" Miflex inflator hose under that to keep them together ) which keeps the whole set-up along side my neck on the left shoulder......It stays in place by itself........

If your harness is already installed on the plate the easiest method is to do like this photo but instead of using an o-ring (#330) use bungee cord. The advantage is you don't need to disassemble that side of the harness to add it like you would for the o-ring or the inner tube method.

Agree, also I've found bungee lasts much longer than inner tube. In fact I've never had bungee break but have torn a few inner tubes prior to moving exclusively to bungee. When I did use inner tube for lights I'd always thread a few spares every time I changed webbing so when one broke I wouldn't have to undo harness to put another on.

Halcyon harnesses, like the one in the photo, use a bungee cord instead of an o-ring. You can see the knot on the back side.
