Yep, 22 and that's in shallow water. Apparently 22-23 is max temp. Winter not a whole lot colder at 17-18. Can dive wet Oct/nov- Mar/April. I'll be in my dry suite once it hits 20 for sure unless I can get a good fitting 7mm then "might" be ok down to 18, maybe.And that's in the middle of SUMMER?!?

Got a medical for this new job next Tuesday then might head up to Perth to look for a suit and a tank. Tank hire is $30, with the depth I have enough air for 2 one hour dives but need to get the tank back so don't have enough time to do two. A steel 12.2l runs $520, I'm better off buying a tank, you can buy tank fill card 12 (22 was typo) fills for $100.

There's heaps of 2nd hand 12.2L tanks available for around $300. I picked on up for $250 and then $30 for Oxygen Clean and Hydro.
