Underwater fireworks

We pushed our luck again and returned to Garden Spot and Little Reef. Conditions were identical at Garden Spot as they were yesterday. A bit of surge and dirty water on the bottom. 53° with about five feet vis. There is a lot to see on this reef. If only we could.

We had much better luck at Little Reef near Pt. Vicente. Close to twenty feet visibility on the life-covered rocks below. Merry found a nudibranch whose identity has eluded us so far.

We surfaced to find a sea of whitecaps and building wind waves. Someday we'll have great conditions. I just don't know when.
