There is nothing "in between dry and wet"

Dry is like pregnant: either you ARE or your AREN'T, there is no "semi"

I will argue this to be incorrect... in between wet and dry is damp which is what you get while wearing a drysuit when its warm out :D but this is from sweat not from the surrounding water.

A fusion drysuit will grow with you to a large extent and retain some resale value. I have changed well over 20lbs and my fusion suit fits still. When I dropped 20lbs in my wetsuit it became virtually worthless.

Go dry, just dont buy a super spendy suit.

Alternatively you could have surgery to stop you from growing...
