Implants and diving

My girlfriend is considering Breast augmentation but is a keen diver, is there any issues diving with implants, i have heard saline one leak through osmosis so the extra pressure may cause flatness quicker? has anyone got any information that may help here

If I recall DAN did a write up a few years ago on this. Also MythBuster did one. If I recall DAN said it is safe to dive with them. You might do a search on DAN.

I have an ex who has implants. she's a working instuctor and dives at least 10 x week. the last time I .....uhhh...checked, everything was OK.
