How is it hurting your diving? Diver or Dive business, have you felt the effects of the shutdown? As someone directly effected, I have put diving on a total stand-still for the time being. No clue when things will resume.

NOAA and National Park Service, if you happen to dive in a National Park or a Sanctuary....What gov't. employees deal with diving and dive ops?
