If you're only going to Sipadan and not into the jungle you should be fine with the "standard" tropical immunization like typhoid and hepatitis A and B. And of course the normal immunizations like Polio and Diphteria-Tetanus.

If you plan to do some jungle trekking, you might need protection against Malaria (stand-by medicine, I guess). But better ask a specialist, just to be secure.

When travelling in Asia you should have a bunch but definitely get Hep a and b.
 
Hep A and B is always recommended for SE Asia. Unfortunately it takes 6 months to complete Hep B and 1 month for Hep A series of shots so most people go without just because they do not plan vaccination that far in advance.

Don't think anyone mentioned it yet, but you should also have up-to-date rabies vaccinations too.
