Havent seen it yet...looking forward to it though. Over 1800 dives comprise this film. I believe I read that one of the videographers even ended up with the bends...and rejoined the dives shortly after the incident.

Sorry to hear it wasn't exactly what you expected though.

I will not be in a hurry to see it then.

I think that is the one I saw here in Las Vegas, it was decent, nothing special.

I did like the kelp forest, if that was the same movie.

Wasn't the same movie. This one takes place in the Fiji Islands, Great Barrier Reef, and some other island in that area.

Yes, one of the divers ended up with the bends..they showed him in the deco chamber and all. There was too much surface stuff they showed IMO...out of a 50 minute movie almost half of it showed land crap...

Maybe I was just expecting too much.. :(

the living sea also by macgilivray and freeman. i have it on VHS.

i got a couple others - coral sea dreaming, life on the reef and some others i picked up at the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

beats watching pokemon the movie III.

Well, i thought the Coral Reef Adventure was awesome. I especially liked the segement on Tahiti when they showed all the grey reef sharks in the channel, like 300 of them!!! That was way cool...But, i will give you a hint, dont "pretend bite" your non-diving girlfriend when they show all those sharks... She won't like that...LOL...
