In Outlook you can highlight all the attachments right click - choose copy - and then paste the images in any folder using Windows Explorer, or on to the desktop or a folder on the desktop - they will all save with the original name in that folder. Works with most PC programs - may not work in a web based mail client, depends on how well it was written.
Alternatively in Outlook you can choose File - Save Attachments - choose the attachments you want to save from the list - and then direct them to any folder. This choice may also be available in your mail client.
