I'm new. . .

Hi, I am new to scuba(I just got certified July 2010). Already I Cannot wait for the time when I can go diving! I Got certified at lake Raulings. This is the only place I have dove. :l But there is more to come! Here are only two kinds of fish at the lake. The types are small mouth bass and sunfish! Sunfish are my favorite fish!!!!!!!

Welcome! I can't wait for it to warm up also. Its been a very looooong cooooold winter:cold:. The sunfish here are lovingly called "KY Piranha", for obvious reasons- they will go after just about any exposed skin. If you think they are normally fun,.... take a can of Cheeze Wiz. Put a little in the water, break up the ribbon a little & watch the show! You'll soon have a feeding frenzy going on.

While you are waiting for it to warm up, rent a copy of "The Replacements". The UW shots were done at Lake Rawlings. The bream are mean little buggers, they will pull hair and bit your ears. I'm just glad they don't have teeth.

Thanks for the advice and the welcome! I will be going to Florida this July!  am really excited!!! I can't wait! Well, at least it's getting warmer! 
