I finally got certified! I did my open water dives on the 4th and 5th at Mermet Springs... The vis was pretty bad like 3-5' but was overall a really good time... The best part was when we were done with the OW and we went on our first not class related dive... It was GREAT! We went down the side of the 747 and went to the train car. The vis was say 15-20' and it was COLD but still a lot of fun.. It was so cool to look up and see all the light... I'm hooked ;)

It is actually the 727 from the movie US Marshals. Which dive shop did you do your dives with? I was there doing my OW dives on the 4th and 5th also.

That is who I did mine through, I guess we were in the same class, but maybe not the same group. My name is Ryan. Have you been to any of the dive club nights? I just went to one on Saturday for BBQ and to check out the gear I just bought in the pool. If you haven't been, I definately recommend it, it was lots of fun.

Heh, small world... My father and I were with Jack Humes... And, No I havn't been to any of the club nights but I'll check them out.

where's the 727? your profiles don't show where you guys are from...
