Wow I herd that they will let just about anyone DM that boat but I didnt believe it... Just jerkin yer chain john... the Spectre could not be in better hands. Have fun be safe and enjoy the Tri Tip

Hi John. My girlfriend and I were recently certified and have signed up for the Spectre on Oct 26 to Anacapa. We did not do any boat dives during our certification so this will be our first. Looking forward to this weekend. See you on Sunday.

You will enjoy boat diving and may get spoiled to start off with one of the top 5 (IMHO) dive boats. Now get out there and get wet and may the real learning begin while having fun.

Hi Alex,

Welcome to the boad & you'll have a good time on the Spectre. The Spectre is one of the boats you can stay on over night so if you're have a long ways to come you can come the night before. Please introduce yourself where you see me.

John, you're not that British fellow that always DM at the Spectre, are you? If you are then my apologies. I've been on the Spectre several times already and I still don't remember the DM's name.

(Friends from Seattle will be visiting, and this will be their first time diving the Channel Islands. Lobsters! FedEx nudibranchs! Garibaldi! John as the DM!
