tjmills:How do you attach the line to the bag or SMB? Do you use a clip or Ring or ??
DTB1981:In the end of the line there is about a 6" loop and you run it through the ring of the lift bag or SMB
tjmills:Stupid question.....but I am not above that.
Why wouldn't you use a single ended clip there also? Why would you want to use a loop in the line and try and feed it through when a already tied off single ended clip would be so much easier?
I was looking for a tangle free safety reel, more like 50 metres. But thanks for the tip.Diver0001:If you're looking for a good wreck reel then check out the big Lola reels. The ones we were using in the Czech republic hold about 200 metres of double core woven nylon line (same principle as mountain climbing rope--a little thicker than #36 line). If you put #24 line on it you could probably get 400 metres of line on it. It's designed to be neutral under water and it's easy to handle with drygloves. Side view it's about the size of a dinner plate.

Next time exam the web site a bit...Quero:Thanks, but I'm looking for the image, not a verbal explanation. Does it matter why?
