And you dive the springs often.
I would recommend Buying a season pass.
They have doubled the price for diving so it will add up fast.
I've dove the state parks springs 4 times since the new year and that more than covered the cost of the pass. Well worth the money.

argh... it takes 3-4 weeks to deliver and you can't use the confirmation in the meantime... I guess I'll have to go to Manatee and get one instead.

I had mine in less than 10 days.

I checked about getting one of these a while back, there was an option and prices for the two types of pass, either the entrance or recreational passes. I have checked again using Wendy's link and found that they only mention the entrance pass, am i missing something?

The "recreational" pass went away, and the "entrance" pass is now a bit more expensive than the former "recreational" one as of 2004.

I have had one for a few years since it also gets me boat ramp access.

Did the recreational pass go away for good? I e-mailed the state parks and I'll post what I hear from them.

The current "entrance" pass covers what the recreational did. IOW, they "collapsed" the pass system and now only sell the "more expensive" version, plus hiked the price a bit.

I discovered this when I went to renew mine (in person) at the local park here (I use their launch ramp to get my PWC and small boat in and out of the water.)
