I'm using a MAC and the name pop up menu works fine when I am using the Safari web browser but doesn't work when I use Internet Explorer (you mean to tell me that a Microsoft product doesn't work properly on a MAC..huuuummmm). Safari was packaged in OSX but I don't know about previous OS version. If you don't have it you should be able to download free it at http://www.apple.com/safari/download/. I just started using it but it seems like a solid browser.
