IE question

I have started my studies for my upcoming IE.
I have what might sound like a silly question.
At the end of the instructor candidates workbook, there is a section called study tools, within this section are the exams for general standarsd an the 5 exmas on physics, equipmetn etc. along with an unmarked answer sheet. Are these the actual exmas I will be sitting ro are they just to do as a study / practice??

Maybe someone who has already travelled down this path can help me??

Have you taken the IDC course yet? These tests at the back are your AI tests from part one of your IDC. Your CD will administer these tests. You will see similar questions at the IE. Good luck in at your IDC and IE.

We had to have them done prior to starting IDC.

(He then gave us all 3 more exams on each topic during it for practice).

The type of question though is exactly what you'll get on the ie.
