Its commonly known in the aquarium hobby as "bubble algae". No value to a reefkeeper more of a pita than anything. I have some if you want it

We have seen them in pretty much every warm place that we dive.. Carribean, Australia, etc, but only once have we seen one not attached to anything.

Maybe it was a pelagic sailors eyeball ;)

too bad they are not real pearls but then again divers would just take them....
