Are you looking for the best: to make you the instructor of the year? the most proficient? the best at teaching Hawaiians (sorry had to pick on someone). best for you may mean something different to someone else. PADI? Naui? SSI? (other?) willing to travel to Florida? Alaska?
I would think not that I know that whoever your local instructor would be best as you are more likely to get to actually teach if you get in with them. I hear the Philippines is nice too.

but na i should have specified. im a padi aow, im looking for somewhere in florida to the carrabians at anypoint next year. i also want to get a job down south (away from the cold winters of chicgo)
