I am thinking this fish is a damselfish of some sort, and it was seen in the waters of North Palm Beach, Florida in about 65 feet of water and it was on a reef. Have at her.

I have a host of unidentified fish pictures and I don't know how I can get them identified without the help of the forumites. So any good ID suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Juvenile Cocoa Damselfish, very young have the bright blue ring around the dark spot.
Stegastes variabilis

If you dive a lot in the Caribb & FLA, get the Humann Reef Fish ID book.
