ID help please

[Lizard Leg]

A few pics from last weeks trip -Graysby (no black dots along dorsal fin), Red Hind (no black edges to fins)?

No idea on the little orange one - about 2-3" long.

Belted Cardinalfish??

First one is a Rock Hind (black saddle at base of tail); the little one's an upside down Flamefish Cardinalfish (2 lines across the eye & dark spot behind the eye; one spot on the back below dorsal fin; large darker band/blotch in front of the tail.)
