I am checking with Scuba Du. The mix of tanks though had me questioning if it was them.

Aren't the tanks with the blue tops from Blue Angel? I think the solid yellow ones may be 100cf rentals from the fill service.

Turns out it was a Scuba Du boat and Jorge over there helped us find the owner and USPS delivered it to the owner Friday!
