Never had any trouble contacting them here: Scuba diving equipment by Mares or by using: support@computermares.com They have always been very responsive to my inquiries.

That email address bounced the same as the other two posted here did. This board should be updated to remove those, and shame on Mares for not monitoring this forum. Lesson learned here. Now I know why people spend the extra money for ScubaPro.
 
Hmmmmm. Doesn't work for me either. Neither do my logons and when I try to get a password reset I don't get an email. Wonder if you could get through on social media (their Facebook page - looks like that's the only way to contact them). Links are on their website. Might be a response to millennials.
