IANTD 32% table w/ 75+ accelerated deco.

I am looking for a source to purchase IANTD's waterproof EAN32 NDL & DECO table that includes the 75% O2 or greater accelerated deco option. I think it's table #C-3505.

I primarly use my dive computer while cave diving. But carry a second bottom timer and would like to use this table as a back-up when diving on 32% and decoing out 100% O2.
