My login email account changed, and with a glitch causing me to be unable to access SB. I am very happy that SB's Webmaster Department responded to my email in which I explained the situation and asked for a new password.
I am more than pleasantly thrilled at the quick and positive response I received. I have great respect for the coding that is presently in place for such occurrances, as well as the coders and the very efficient responders.
I'm actually astounded; no other site wherein I needed a password ever helped my plea
in as quick and efficient manner.
Thanks to all who are working so dilligently to keep SB running smoothly. We all appreciate your professional efforts.
