I will never complain about low visability again. Has anyone ever dove anything worse than this???

Now that's a really shi**y job! :11:

Having read a lot of posts I believe a few members here on the board have done similar work.

I work in a wastewater treatment plant, and if I get a drop of water on me I go ballistic. I could never imagine diving in wastewater. If you guys knew how bad it smells, one drop of headworks water (where the dirty water comes in the plant) on your pants is bad enough to run everybody out of the room.

I had a mate that did sewage outfall work in NZ, he says that the smell either makes you violently sick, or violently HUNGRY???

There is not enough money to get me to do that job on a daily basis.

On a daily basis??? I wouldn't even do it ONCE! Not even on a double dog dare!

A friend at my LDS is a recreational diver but also dives for the council. He normally does sewage dives like this guy but her uses a system known as a dirty Harry? I think thats what its called.
