Did either one of them bite ie did you catch one???......talk about a fight if so.......I'm one that hooked a 25' whale shark trolling around it on a Christmas visit to Roatan......lol, we were in our 17' center console & had the world on a string for about an hour(didn't know we had the whale shark the whole time---we saw a whale shark about 50 yds. away & thought we had hooked a big yellow fin tuna....lo & behold there were 2 when we thought there was only one)................

I don't think catching a shark is anything to be proud of, be it intentionally or accidentally. If I did, I would make sure that story remained untold.

You got some great photos! I think I'd prefer to be in the boat, I'm still quite nervous around sharks (or anything big for that matter, except turtles for some reason).

yeah right, wait till you get a loggerhead latch onto your ankle. I used to dive for the aquarium. and they had a loggerhead in the big tank, and that dude latched onto my ankle when i was scrubbing the boat in it and it left the craziest bruise around my ankle. watch out for turtles =)

Good luck, hope you don't win a darwin award.

Well I am preparing as much as possible to prevent a "dumb" and unforgiving mistake. They have a good reputation and it will definitely be a blast!
