Red Giant makes an excellent stabilizer. However, you are your best stabilizer. Learn how to control your breathing underwater when filming and remember that ALL stabilizers work with different algorithms but still accomplish their work by scaling up the image, thus reducing both the contrast and resolution of your image. Anything scaled up past 103% is going to be very noticeable.
