So many threads focus on problems, issues or complaints. I just want to take the time to say thank you to the entire Oceanic crew.
I sent my Atom 2.0 in for a small adjustment, and firmware update yesterday around 1 PM (from Maine to California). I will be heading out from some dives on the 12th so I needed to get it back quickly. I just received an email with a tracking number, it is already on it's way home! That is simply amazing.
I am not going to lie and say that I only own Oceanic dive gear, but I will tell you that from now on when I am considering a purchase I will certainly consider Oceanic first. I have never in my life dealt with a company so concerned about it's customers needs. Thank you all so much, and keep up the good work.
