Plenty of locally elected county Sheriffs have said they will simply not enforce the new laws, and off the record I have had several NY State Troopers admit that they are not enforcing it, and even have their own weapons that are now "illegal".

Same here. The local sheriffs just had their first lawsuit thrown out against our new gun laws they refuse to enforce, but the denial is a technicality they can't bring it as officials so they have to regroup and resubmit it as individuals.

Also our governor is in hot water as he has now said to the sheriffs that he didn't really totally understand the bill he signed, nor did he really understand that it was such a big issue.:shakehead:

If f'n bloomberg would just buy his own island somewhere and move there he could make himself ruler and leave the rest of us alone. He could create new laws everyday telling his subjects how much soda they can drink and what time they have to go to bed and anything else he wants too.

Here in our liberal state we just got suppressors and SBRs under a democratic governer.

Y'all are clearly electing the wrong liberals.

Clearly I can't argue with that.

However, how much does your state's constitution protecting firearm rights keep your governors in check? I would imagine this has played a big role in this.

...all the so called non-liberals' who moved out of California and came to Colorado to escape all the high taxes and crazy laws there have slowly voted in their liberal candidates who have started turning Colorado back into the state they all fled from...

That's the way it works. Folks move from MA to NH or ME because of the shytdeal in MA and the next thing you know they are agitating to turn NH or ME into MA.

They do look like fun. A LOT less risky than homemade flame throwers, although watching the fly drop in flames was kinda cool.

When I worked in the medical college animal labs as a 20something, they gave the guys in the dog labs some sort of oil based fly spray that we discovered was quite flammable. A farmer's match in front of the nozzle of the spray bottle, and you had a serious flame, that was far more fun to use on flies directly, than just spraying the stuff around the kennels like it said to do on the directions.

I'm thinking continuous stream with a CO2 can would be good.
